Vikas bhai is always cheerful...havent seen him being dull or upset or tense any time...of course never seen him with his wife beside him too...I think the smiley in the lvs report is made after Vikas...V has a lot of connect...work, outside...so much more than the clock fanout itself...he brings in lots of good vibes all around...like that esd clamp cell...any zap on anyone around he puts down to ground and makes them cheerful...he has so much knowledge about everything...technology se current affairs thak...drc rules se architecture thak...he helps everyone...more help ful than someone who gives a false path during tapeout...more approachable..than any nearby eco filler cell...he has a diverse interests...books, drama, tech, PD...like a universal nand gate...and much much more...cooler than -40c...
