PD Fridays

 There has been eternal war between the Friday’s and the Physical design issues. Always won and continuing to win by the PD issues. The issues start with symptoms on Monday and slowly builds like dhoni’s innings and culminates in the final Friday overs. Many tried to conquer it with schemes like TGIF, Friday by 5 etc but like in that Ramayana serials asthras and counter asthras the PD issues always found their way to show up on Fridays and more on Friday evenings. PD folks gave up and started to ignore the fiery fridays like filler cells…

 Arjuna, the PD Engineer looks at all the logic that synthesized and waiting outside the die to enter the battlefield of the floorplan. He takes a look at the army and all those IOs, Hard macros, memories, module wise standard cells lined up. Raring to get into the floorplan and get placed and routed.  There was a new PVT corner defined on this day and few years back...best process, high energy, high cheerfulness corner...Manoj was fabricated on this process...you are always cheerful and high on energy...all the timing violations and daily problems get fixed smoothly in this corner...you bring in lot of positive energy in your voltage area with a lot of crosstalk...you get into lot of constraints every day and yet you set a false path to being upset or dull or angry...these were never reported...I did observe anger violations occasionally when food was not served on time or vc file list was not good...:) may you always live in this corner without violating aging checks and without any defects...happy birthday Manoj 🙂

  శరత్ ఋతువు, కార్తీక మాసం, శుక్ల ఏకాదశి దివ్యమైన రోజు...‘మహానటి’ అని అందరూ త్మీయంగా పిలుచుకునే మహారాణి శ్రీ శ్రీ శ్రీ సోదగం అర్చన గారు జన్మించిన రోజు. ఈ సంధర్బంగా ప్రజలంతా కొద్ది రోజుల ముందే ఎంతో ఖర్చు పెట్టి టపాకాయాలు కాల్చుకొని దీపావళి సంబరాలు చేసుకున్నారు. జనులంతా ఆర్టీసి బస్సుల్లో, రోడ్డు మీద వారి వారి గమ్యస్థానాలకు ఒరోరేగింపుగా వేడుతూ బేగంపేట సిగ్నల్స్     దెగ్గర ఆగి వేడుక చూసారు... తెల్లని కాబులు శ్వేతాశ్వాల వలే ఉత్సాహంతో ఆక్సి్లరేటర్ని ఉరికించాయి... పాదచారులు తమ చేతుల్లోని స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్‌లలో టార్చులు, రింగుటోనులు, ఇన్‌స్టా రీళ్లు ప్లే చేస్తూ జియో ధ్వానాలు పలికారు... ఎంతో మంది ప్రజలు తమ పరిసర పూటకూళ్ల రెస్టారెంట్లలో తమకు ఇష్టమైన వంటకాలు అడిగి, డబ్బులిచ్చి మరీ ఆరగించారు...ధనవంతులు బహు నక్షత్ర తారల హోటళ్ళ లో విందుభోజనం చేశారు  ఎంతో మంది మెట్రో శ్వేతవాహనమున పయనిస్తూ అందులో నుంచున్నవారు చేయి పైకెత్తి హేండిల్ పట్టుకొని తమ హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేసారు... పసుపు పచ్చని మూడు చక్రరథ సారథులు గతుకుల బాట పై చక్కని నైపుణ్యాన్ని ప్రదర్శనగా చేసి చూపించారు...ట్రాఫిక్ విదూషకపోలీసులు తమ ...
