Understand red and maroon are two different colours  (marooned is diff boss)

Able to differentiate between toor dal and Channa dal

Able to differentiate between idly ravva and upma ravva

Less than three defects per month on pressure cooker related tasks

Differentiate between leafy vegetables like Palak, chukkakura, methi, thotakura, gongura

Expert level if you can differentiate between white gongura and red gongura and koyya tothakura 

Staff grade if you can identify colours peach and rani pink

If you can differentiate sambar and rasam powders, idly and dosa batter

Principal level if you can help without goof up and without defects on preparation of avakaya, magaya, chintakaya pickles and vadiyalu

Senior principal if you can differentiate and negotiate on your own the banaras, Mysore, ikkath, Gadwal, pyThani, Kanchipuram, Narayanpet, pochampalli silk sarees…

Fellow if you know the details and specifications of at least three nomulu like kailasagowri, nandikeswara nomu and lakshavatthula nomu…

For PD Engineers Saturn is the adhidevatha. Saturn is in own house of Kumbha.  Lot of work, lot of pressure, results directly proportional to the hard work, savings are good because you will not have time to spend, income will be always less than expected, work life balance is lololol. Role will be lol and responsibilities will be many. Insult will be too high. Recognition will be good but delayed. Mercury is strong so the native will figure out some work arounds and tape outs will happen eventually. Venus is strong so they will enjoy whatever the work they do. For better results do some actual runs also along with the runs daily...  for rtl folks Jupiter is the adhidevaltha. Jupiter moves to mesha soon. There will be new design work and not just incremental updates. Whoever learns new protocols, standards, etc will get great roles. Jupiter will be with Rahu until November so you may miss out some major functional or architectural aspects and correct them post Nov. income and expenses
