 Shawshank redemption is one of my top fav movies...I am sure thats for many...Andy dufresne in the movie is a character who comes across as highly intelligent, very delligent, meticulous in planning and ensuring all corners closed before taping out :). Reminds me of our own Shashank who is very meticulous, wont let any waivers, covers all corners, excellent, objective analysis of any problem, any situation, true to heart and mercurial :).
